what is feel good club?
a space to slow down, move your body, and reconnect — without taking things too seriously.it’s yoga, but also breath, awareness, small moments of stillness, and a bit of play.you don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced — just curious.

how do we practice?
classes are based on hatha yoga — slower pace, but deep and intentional.we focus on building strength, improving mobility, and learning how to actually feel what’s happening in your body.you’ll also be guided through breathing and simple awareness practices — nothing complicated, just tools to help you feel more present.some days feel calm, some feel challenging, some a bit playful — all are welcome.
